Sephiria Meteor Build - Red Snake Eyes Burn Spam (1.0.30)

Meteor build guide: Braided Hair Rabbit + Red Snake Eyes ember artifact, Red Snake Crush axe and Oak Tree Coal burn stacking. Patch-checked to 1.0.30.

9/3/2026 1.0.30 Last updated: 9/3/2026 3 min read

Swing your sword at nothing and watch the sky fall. The meteor build turns normal attacks into a screen-wide barrage of burning meteors — the fastest way to turn Sephiria into a screensaver that kills everything.

Why it works

Three pieces compound into one engine:

  1. Red Snake Eyes (ember artifact) drops meteors around the screen. Maxed, it lands 4 meteors near the player for 170% fire damage each, inflicting burn on everything hit.
  2. Red Snake Crush (final form of the sword line, which grows into an axe) makes that engine self-sustaining: Red Snake Eyes deals +33% damage, and every normal attack cuts its cooldown by 2.5 seconds — you don’t even need to hit anything. Swing at the air; the meteors don’t care.
  3. Oak Tree Coal speeds up how fast burn ticks. Stack them — the video’s run picked up four or five and kept wanting more. Burn damage-over-time is where most of this build’s damage actually lives.

Add Ember Forged (weapon attacks deal bonus damage equal to 30% of your fire damage) and every swing feeds the fire twice.

The costume

Braided Hair Rabbit: +7% ATK SPD, +12% Move SPD, at the cost of −20% Dash Recovery SPD. The attack speed isn’t just comfort — attack speed is meteor frequency while Red Snake Crush is online.

The current version hits harder than the video

The source video was recorded around the 1.0 launch, when the Ember combo’s Stage 6 effect was bugged and did nothing. Patch 1.0.26 fixed it. If you run an ember setup today, you’re getting output the video never shows — expect the screen to be even less survivable for the enemies.

How to play

  • Swing constantly. With Red Snake Crush, uptime is cooldown reduction is meteor count. Whiffing is fine.
  • Prioritize burn tick speed (Oak Tree Coal) and flat fire damage when the Anvil or shops offer upgrades. The video’s run hit ~1,800 DPS on the training dummy (versus ~691 for a bolt-based co-op partner).
  • Ember artifacts are unique — you can’t stack a second Red Snake Eyes, so take Oak Tree Coal repeats when they show.
  • In co-op, this build pairs disgustingly well with bolt/grimoire partners: your meteors blanket the screen while their bolts clean up. (See the co-op guide for party mechanics.)

Evidence & patch notes

  • Source: video-verified by Zueljin Plays on 1.0 (“METEOR SPAM” VOD, 57 min, embedded above). All numbers in this page are called out in the VOD or its captions.
  • Patch check 2026-09-03 — reviewed against 1.0.30: the +33% / −2.5s Red Snake Crush values are the official 1.0 weapon-effect change (before: +20%, unquantified cooldown cut); Red Snake Eyes and Oak Tree Coal are untouched in 1.0.21–1.0.30. 1.0.26 fixed the Ember combo Stage 6 bug (see above).
  • Unverified: the sword line’s mid-evolution names (the VOD’s auto-captions don’t give them cleanly) and Ember Forged’s exact slot type. We don’t guess names we can’t confirm — they’ll be filled in on a game-side check.
